Courant is a small team. There is no ticket queue and no tier one — a message about a diverging solve is read by somebody who has debugged one.

    Pilot access

The fastest route is the form on the landing page — it asks for the solver, the case and what it did, which is what we need to tell you whether Courant can help before either of us spends a call on it.

    Security and procurement

What crosses the network, what never does, how tenants are isolated, and which sub-processors hold what. Most of the answer is already written down and specific enough to hand to a reviewer.

    Air-gapped and regulated sites

The agent already runs offline — it watches the solve, diagnoses locally with the deterministic engine and queues what it cannot send. If your site has no outbound network at all, say so and we will tell you exactly what still works.

A result you do not trust

If Courant told you something wrong, that is the most valuable message we can receive. Send the run id or the report and we will tell you what happened, whether it was a bug, and what we changed.

Courant is pre-incorporation, so there is no registered address to print here yet. When there is, it will appear on this page and in the Terms.
